    • Traffic issues or overbooking of hotels or flights.
    • Flight cancellations or rerouting.
    • Closure or entry restrictions at specific tourist locations.
  • In such cases, efforts will be made to arrange suitable alternatives. However, the company will not be liable for any refunds or compensation claims arising from these changes.

  • Guests are advised not to compare the ratings of hotels or resorts in hill stations or tourist areas with those of business hotels located in metropolitan cities.
  • Ratings and standards differ based on location, type of property, and surrounding environment.
