Flight cancellations or rerouting.
Closure or entry restrictions at specific tourist locations.
In such cases, efforts will be made to arrange suitable alternatives. However, the company will not be liable for any refunds or compensation claims arising from these changes.

Guests are advised not to compare the ratings of hotels or resorts in hill stations or tourist areas with those of business hotels located in metropolitan cities.
Ratings and standards differ based on location, type of property, and surrounding environment.
