Refund and Cancellation

  • No Refund for Unused Nights or Early Check-Out:
    • No refunds will be provided for unused nights or early check-out by the guest.
    • In cases of medical emergencies, any refund or concession will be entirely subject to the hotel’s policies and discretion.
  • Voucher Release Approval:
    • The accounts team will authorize the release of the confirmed voucher to the operations team only after full payment has been received.
    • Guests are required to ensure timely payment to avoid delays in the voucher issuance.
  • Non-Refundable and Non-Amendable Bookings:
    • Once the voucher has been released, the booking will become completely non-refundable, and no changes or amendments will be permitted.
    • Guests are encouraged to finalize their travel plans carefully before confirming their booking.
  • No Refund for Specific Cancellations:
    • No refund will be provided for cancellations due to:
      • Early departures.
      • No-show at the property.
      • Reduction in the number of rooms after confirmation.
    • Guests should be aware that these situations are considered cancellations and will not be eligible for reimbursement.

This policy ensures clarity on refunds and cancellations, helping guests plan their bookings accordingly and preventing misunderstandings.
